- Then after 10 days we accept purchase agreements for the remaining balance equal to 3% of the unit price as earnest money.

Q: How high are the ceilings?
A: 10 feet

Q: How many parking stalls come with each unit?
A: 1 stall of parking for units on levels 1,2 & 3.- 2 stalls of parking for units on the 4th level.
(underground, secure, heated & cooled and serviced by the elevator).

Q: What’s included in the association fees?
A: water, sewer, trash/recycle, building hazard insurance, reserve fund, snow removal (etc.). Heat, electricity, phone, and cable are the responsibility of each homeowner.
What are the average association fees?
