A: 27 units

Q: What type of storage is available in the building?
A: We have storage lockers available for sale with prices ranging from $2000 to $5000

Q:What is the buying process?
A: We are currently accepting purchase agreements.

Q: How high are the ceilings?
A: They vary from 11 feet to 14 feet.

Q: How many parking stalls come with the unit?  Is there additional parking for sale?
A: Each unit comes with 1 underground, secure, heated & cooled parking stall serviced by the elevator.  School building units 104, 106, 108, 110 and 112 have tandem stalls with 2 spots each.  Additional parking is available for sale in the Annex building for $15,000 per stall.

Q: What’s included in the association fees?
A: water, sewer, trash/recycle, building hazard insurance, reserve fund, snow removal (etc.). Heat, electricity, phone, and cable are the responsibility of each homeowner.
What are the average association fees?
