| Built in 1919-1921, this six-story building is a distinctive part of the Minneapolis Warehouse District, an area that has long played a vital role in the character of the city. The building's innovative mushroom concrete columns are part f a structural system designed by renowned Minnesota engineer C.A.P. Turner. This plan minimizes the number of support columns and allows for lighter, more open floor plans. Over the years this warehouse has housed a variety of tenants including Great Northern Warehouse Co., Johnson Nut Company, Printers Service, Inc., and more recently Feyereisen Studios, Silver Cocoon and Talisman Designs.
