Q:What is the buying process?
A: We are currently accepting purchase agreements for with 3% of the unit price as earnest money.

Q: How high are the ceilings?
A: 9 feet.

Q: How many parking stalls come with each unit?
A: The unit comes with 1 underground, secure, heated & cooled parking stall serviced by the elevator.  Additional parking is available for sale for $15,000 per stall.

Q: What’s included in the association fees?
A: $.19 / square foot (1000 sf unit = $190 per month)
Water, sewer, trash/recycling, hazard insurance, reserve fund, snow removal, exterior maintenance (etc.) are included in association fees.
