Q: How many parking stalls come with each unit?
A: 1 stall of parking per unit(underground, secure, heated & cooled and serviced by the elevator).

Q: What’s included in the association fees?
A: water, sewer, trash/recycle, building hazard insurance, reserve fund, snow removal (etc.). Heat, electricity, phone, and cable are the responsibility of each homeowner.
What are the average association fees?

$.23 / square foot (1000 sf unit = $230 per month)
