Washburn House
Washburn House brings 15 thoughtfully designed residences to Tangletown, one of Minneapolis’ premier neighborhoods. Situated at 50th and Lyndale, the building sets a new standard for boutique condominiums. The architecture draws inspiration from early Spanish colonial homes in Minneapolis, blending terracotta, brick, stucco, and stone finishes: a structure that feels as if it has always belonged, seamlessly woven into the fabric of Tangletown.
