Vision: Central Bank’s New Neighborhood Location in Golden Valley

Central Bank aimed to move from their previous site along Interstate 394 to a more neighborhood-focused location within Golden Valley. Their vision was clear: find a prime spot that would meet current needs and provide the flexibility to support future growth. After a six-month search, Master secured the perfect site at the northern gateway to downtown Golden Valley, located at the corner of Winnetka Avenue North and 10th Street.

Master’s design and construction approach was both careful and strategic, ensuring every aspect of the project achieved the vision of a Class A office building. Highly skilled subcontractors were selected to meet the high standards required for quality and functionality. The project began with the demolition of existing structures, and within five months, Master delivered a completed building on time and within budget—marking a successful new chapter for Central Bank in Golden Valley.
