Todd is a Partner at Master Properties Minnesota, bringing over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate. His expertise includes project creation, public–private partnerships, stakeholder relations, and deal structuring. Todd is particularly passionate about blending historic character with modern design to create spaces that are both engaging and highly functional.

He attended the University of Minnesota and completed postgraduate coursework in finance and real estate at the University of St. Thomas. Todd is directly involved in the design, construction, and leasing of Master Properties’ developments. He is married and lives in Minneapolis.
